About these terms
These terms apply to purchases and use of wearqueenly.com, the online clothing store operated under the WearQueenly brand in Pakistan. Please read these terms and our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy Policies before placing an order. Contact us at support@wearqueenly.com with questions.
Using our store
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement, or shop with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software, or infringement of another person's rights.
Products and availability
We aim to describe products, fabrics, sizes, and colours accurately. Screen settings may affect colour appearance. Review the size guide and product description before ordering. Stock availability may change. If an item is unavailable or materially misdescribed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancellation and refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable delivery charges, taxes, discounts, and payment options are shown at checkout. Price changes apply to future orders. If a pricing error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding; you may accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund.
Orders
An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order for unavailable stock, inability to deliver, payment failure, or reasonable suspicion of fraud, and refund any payment for a cancelled order. We will notify you using your supplied contact details.
Shipping, cancellation, returns, and refunds
Our Shipping Policy sets out delivery estimates and charges. Our Return and Refund Policy sets out cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms. These policies form part of the purchase terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Website content
Our original branding, photographs, text, and designs are owned by WearQueenly or used with permission. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping. Commercial copying or misuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Payment and other third-party services may have their own terms.
Responsibility and disputes
We will take reasonable care in supplying products and operating the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
